Leading private staffing company is looking to add an exceptional and experienced Senior Recruiter for its growing business. This position will be based in Greenwich, Connecticut and will have responsibilities for clients in both the Company’s New York City and Greenwich offices. Ideal candidate is able to work in the Company’s midtown Manhattan office as needed. The Senior Recruiter will lead searches for clients and have responsibility for revenue production, placement quality, and client satisfaction. Successful Senior Recruiters are typically extroverted, engaging, confident, and sincere, making them capable of gaining client’s trust and building lasting relationships quickly. They are efficient and objective in reading the talents of candidates and understanding the needs and priorities of clients. Like all associates of the Company, Senior Recruiters must be articulate, organized, detail oriented, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be competent on the computer. This position requires strong sales and marketing skills for business development as well as a proven track record.
