Estate Manager/Personal Assistant:
A busy Single Dad executive is seeking an energetic, proactive and extremely organized Household Manager/Personal Assistant to maintain and keep a large estate in Cherry Hills Village running smoothly. Household/Estate Manager with excellent judgment regarding decisions about household maintenance and vendor management such as grounds, pool, housekeeping and managing other household staff is required. The right candidate will have significant experience working in fine homes and has top-notch skills enabling them to perform their responsibilities to the highest of standards. Excellent computer skills are required for this position in addition to general household management capabilities. Ability to be discreet and the safety of the family and home are of the utmost importance. Background check and professional references required. No pets are in the home. Prefer Full-Time, but will consider Part-Time for the perfect candidate.

The duties include, (but are not limited to):
• Overseeing the maintenance of a large private home
• Managing the household vendor calendar and scheduling routine maintenance
• Hiring and directing other household staff
• Maintaining household security
• Managing designated projects and weekly reporting
• Invoice reconciliation and record keeping
• Closet management
• Party Planning
• Errands such as gift purchases, grocery shopping, vehicle maintenance, etc.
