CEO and family in Malibu are seeking a full-time Private Chef to prepare lunches and dinners for drop offs. Chef will cook from the Employers' off-property kitchen (also in Malibu) and drop off lunch at Mr.’s office in Marina del Rey and drop off lunches and dinners for the family at the residence in Malibu. Mr. and Mrs. are mostly vegetarian, but they do enjoy some fish from time to time. Their two school-aged children eat regular healthy, organic meals and snacks. Responsibilities include: meal planning, shopping (including farmer's markets), prepping, packing and labeling all dishes including salads, etc. for the family to enjoy on weekends, stocking and organizing the pantry and fridges, clean-up and drop-off’s. (You will be reimbursed for mileage.) Family does not entertain a lot. The other important aspect of this position is creating seasonal and "signature" non-alcoholic beverages and bites for Mr.’s corporate office in MDR that will also be offered in other of his company's locations. This unique role offers the Chef mostly a Mon-Fri schedule with evenings off, the ability to cook in a private setting away from the residence, the opportunity to create seasonal libations and eats for corporate, and a competitive compensation package including full corporate benefits.
