Personal Assistant / Housekeeping Manager

$80,000 - $125,000 depending on qualifications.
Fulltime position for large Aspen home. Maintain staff and family calendar, make reservations and appointments, assist with planning of family travel and coordinate travel arrangements, assist with organizing social events, develop and maintain housekeeping manuals and checklists, manage household and personal projects, and provide general administrative support and concierge type services. Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and scheduling housekeeping staff and managing all aspects of housekeeping services including grocery shopping, household staple and food inventories, wardrobe management, dinner preparation and cleanup, trip packing and luggage manifests, general errands, etc.
Preferred qualifications include experience managing housekeeping staff in a large home and experience providing personal administrative support
