Job Description


A VIP German client based in Malibu, Los Angeles, US is looking for an experienced Chauffeur to work for his family. The family consist of 5 persons, 3 adults and 2 kids.

One of the family members, a 68 years lady is in a wheelchair, and she requires some additional assistance from the Chauffeur, such as help to get in in the car. There are also Chef, Housekeeper, Gardener and Butler in the Property. This is a full-time and live-out position.



Duties and responsibilities

Driving Principles to the given destinations (shops, restaurants, events, appointments, airports)
Taking kids to and from school and various classes
Taking lady in a wheelchair to the shops, theatre, doctor visits
Assisting lady with her wheelchair
Loading Principal’s luggage, opening doors for the passengers
Performing minor repairs and adjustments to the vehicles
Ensuring that the vehicle is equipped with necessary amenities
Ensuring that the engine of the vehicle is maintained periodically in terms of fluids
Washing and polishing all vehicles
Keeping record of car expenses
Avoiding traffic jams by using knowledge of busy roads and alternate routes
Preparing plans for the routes for the safety travelling
Helping the housekeeper with the pharmacy and grocery shopping

Job Requirements


Requirements

5 years’ experience in a similar position
Good experience driving luxury cars
Skills using GPS or maps to determine locations and routes
Fluent English (German will be a plus)
Flexible, honest, discrete and reliable
Full clean driving licence?
