Job Description
A Luxury E-Commerce company in Greenwich CT seeks an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who will take full charge responsibility of the daily operations and Social Media management. A successful candidate must be experienced in working with C-Level executives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Extensive experience in heavy calendar management
  • Oversee and manage all direct operations dealing with the principal
  • Researching, creating and implementing a successful Social Media Campaign
  • Responsible for daily posting and maintenance of all Social Media accounts
  • Creating visual marketing assets, social media ads, and other visuals
  • Acting as the gatekeeper; organize & prioritize communication flow as preferred
  • Manage any personal meetings, bookings, travel schedules, conference calls, etc.
  • Working collaboratively with a team to ensure top-tier service levels 
  • Coordinating with the domestic staff team to supervise all household calendars and travel arrangements
  • Assist with event planning management; venue bookings, reservations, catering, VIP list organization, etc.
  • Prepare expense reports, office bookkeeping, and annual reports
  • Handling all in-and-out packages and mails
  • Prepare all materials and paperwork for internal meetings
  • Manage variety of situations with utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Execute ad-hoc projects and reports for the family when requested
This is a full-time position. Salary generous but DOE.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assisting senior level executives
  • Outstanding references from previous positions
  • Strong command of English; written & oral communication skills
  • Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion
  • Management and hands-on experience a must
  • Prior experience in Luxury Retail / Fashion e-Commerce / Private Auction-House Industry is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Tech savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPT, outlook), DropBox, Adobe photoshop
  • Social Media Management experience is a plus (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Experienced in Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Lr, In) is a huge plus
  • Proven leadership, management, and organizational skills with high standards for impeccable customer service and consistent accuracy in execution
  • Superior project management and time-management skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinker, creative problem solver, able to collaborate with influence 
  • Flexible for domestic/international travel
  • Valid United States work authorization
