The Property Manager will take primary responsibility for running all aspects of the property. Will supervise staff, vendors and outside contractors. Duties will include: managing the residences, outbuildings, utility and personal vehicles and watercraft, gardens, waterfront and security, hiring (when needed), training, scheduling and supervising staff responsible for building maintenance, landscape and grounds. The manager will also conduct vendor sourcing, negotiating and supervision and supervise housekeeping staff. The manager must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, a meticulous record keeper, and be proficient using smart-home technology, electronics and computer systems and smart phones to communicate with owners, staff and outside contractors. The Manager will conduct daily home inspection of all residences and outbuildings. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for supervising staff in daily trash removal from 3 homes, daily grounds clean up and cleaning of pool deck area, including furniture, and dock area.
