Personal Assistant – Cosmopolitan/Sophisticated

This international female Principal has a diverse and dynamic set of interests, homes, travel, creative, social, cultural and business interests. Every day is different, with critical priorities changing and re-shuffling. You will be based in West Village, NYC, but be available to travel as needed for short trips, primarily to Europe. Position has normal hours of service - but requires availability for 24/7.
General Description & Necessary Skills:
• Technology savvy and digitally well-versed
• Expert level in g-suite and Microsoft suite with a particular focus in email, word, and excel; well versed in cloud-based technology and connected platforms
• Bachelor level education economics, political science, English or literature; strong research skills are key
• Presents down to earth and is not flashy
• Clean and presentable; ideally no showing tattoos or piercings
• A proficient, adept writer with strong proofreading and editing skills
• The sophisticated and sharpened communicator
• English speaking; Italian speaking as a bonus
• Fast typist
• People skills - someone who is respectful, empathetic and understands how to communicate appropriately with high-network individuals

Roles and responsibilities:
• Very apt at scheduling personal appointments/ personal calendar management
• Organization and understanding of the order of priority
• Maintain contact databases
• Office management
• Analyze and recommend increased efficiency in all aspects of domestic/personal management; someone who has the ability to see an opportunity to execute faster and smarter
• Assist/manage personal travel logistics - arrange for best value/ frequent flyer programs, update benefit summary; track/use personal point for cost efficiency
• Skilled in events management; capable of organizing dinner with high-level stakeholders and curate thoughtful experiences for these individuals
• Ability to handle all relevant event details from menu to setting and cleanup
• Someone who is willing to help with gift curation and packing including around the holidays
• Can and will flag opportunities to manage, maintain and build relationship i.e. being able to identify who's birthday is coming up, who should be sending flowers to etc.
• Handle all travel logistics
• Track passport renewal dates
• Capable of booking travel and hospitality
• Transport to and from the airport
• Responsible for any car rental or driver securement on location
• Responsible for creating a detailed, easy to read and user-friendly itinerary
• Able to curate and source vacation experiences
Financial Responsibilities:
• After the trial period, fiscal responsibilities will kick in. Tasks will include budgeting and bookkeeping hence why excel and bookkeeping skills are a priority.
• Should be well-versed in light financial analysis and preparing reports for family office
• Capable in personal finance management
Role logistics:
• Full-time job with a three-month trial
• Needs to have a flexible schedule
• Needs to be willing to travel occasionally
