Job Description


Private, LA-based family seeks a exeptional and experienced Estate Manager for their growing estate. This is a hands on “no project is too small” type role that will oversee and manage the current two properties and staff. This role will encompase a wide range of duties that include everything from property acquisition to calendar management to travel. Ideal candiate will be quick on their toes, resourceful, highly value confidentiality, and have ample previous experience.

Job Requirements


*Proactively oversee all operations, construction, remodels & maintenance of current & future residences (US & International)
*Work closely with the Principal & act as his representative to identify, research, negotiate & facilitate real estate transactions & other high value asset purchases
*Develop & implement manuals (app or web based), policies, and procedures for each estate to ensure best practices.
*Manage all domestic staff & ensure a positive, safe working environment where everyone is happy & feels valued.
*Ensure the residence is in pristine condition at all times
*Oversee human resources related processes
*Liaise with Principal’s financial administration team to ensure timely payment of bills
*Oversee the procurement, proper care & maintenance of vehicles, fine art, furnishings, wardrobes, & other high value assets
*Partner closely with Principal’s Protective Services team to ensure alignment on guest, vendor, and contractor visits.
*Organize, coordinate, and lead all personal experiences & travel for the Principal & family
*Oversee all child-care
*Plan, manage & oversee all events
*Coordinate guest overnight stays
*Manage the family calendar

Preferred Qualifications:
*5+ years experience in similar role
*4-year degree from an accredited College or University
*Multilingual (preferably fluent in french)
*Affinity for Philanthropy
