The position of Personal Assistant with travel will provide personal assistance in the areas of lifestyle, travel, business, philanthropic endeavors, events, design, and the arts. It is a fast-paced but exciting and shimmering environment. The assistant will work in the principal’s home at each location (NYC, summers in the Hamptons, Los Angeles, Bahamas and others) helping our team to coordinate various moving parts and deliver exceptional services and experiences for the family.
We are seeking someone who is intelligent, organized, resourceful, and service-hearted. The person should be a rock star: polished, hands-on, and capable of juggling competing deadlines with ease while remaining calm and attentive to details. Someone who can anticipate next steps by thinking creatively, solving problems, and taking a broad perspective to make the principals’ lives easier. If the person has an interest in lifestyle, travel, food, fashion, design, or health/fitness, this is the place for them! The ideal candidate would also have a flare for out-of-the-box thinking, while maintaining a gift for distilling information into verbal and written formats. They should be city-savvy and tech-savvy. Top-notch writing skills are a must.
There will be a fair amount of travel so the candidate will have to be unencumbered. But they will be compensated handsomely with a competitive salary and benefits package, and this is a great chance for someone to gain invaluable experience and network with dynamic leaders across a variety of fields.
This person could have a background in event planning or experience as a producer, former assistant for a high volume family office, project manager for design firm, etc.
