Executive / Family Assistant
Old Greenwich, CT
Days Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 6:30 pm with flexibility

Summary
Two working parents with two children 6 and 9 yrs. old are seeking a full-time Executive/Family Assistant. Candidates who are interested in this position should have previous admin experience as well as some childcare experience. Mrs. is a CEO of a financial company and works from home. You will be employed by the company and will need to switch roles from Executive Assistant to Family Assistant. An organized proactive self-starter will do well here.

Duties
• Calendar coordination, business and family schedules - travel and events
• Good with technology, correspondence and project management
• Child friendly: drive for errands and children events
• Organize and manage household inventory
• Occasional simple cooking for family as needed
