If you are a top-notch Estate Manager with past experience working for private families (eight to ten years at least!), please consider this great opportunity with a confidential family in Phoenix, AZ. You will need to have strong management skills and be exceptional with all personal and household technology (such as troubleshooting iPhones and setting up Netflix accounts). You should also have stellar front-of-the-house skills, with formal experience a necessity! Additionally, you’ll be handling significant budgets as well, so a good head for numbers is also needed.
Daily and regular duties will be varied – from creating and maintaining a new household manual, to supervising staff and maintaining service standards, to contracting with vendors and communicating with the principals. The home is fully staffed, but you must be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and get the job done!
This position has a standard five day work week, though the days may vary depending on the family’s needs – a flexible professional will do well in this role.
