Estate Couple Team or Estate Manager

Estate Manager or Couple team needed to provide full-time, on-site management and hands-on care of a 8,000sf+ home on a 5.5-acre private property. Oversee and participate in all aspects of the maintenance on the property. Must be a hands-on problem solver that can serve as a gatekeeper for the principals. Must be willing to assist with entertaining and pet-care.
Estate Manager/Couple team must represent owners in a professional manner at all times and liaison with neighbors, community and various vendors and contractors. Supervise all
vendors/workers coming on the property while being aware of any unwanted presence on
the property. Inspect property daily to ensure it is maintained meticulously. This is a
private family; respect boundaries and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ideal candidates will be willing and able to take on some maintenance projects on their own. The property has a greenhouse and ideal candidates will have a “green thumb” and be willing to maintain plants with owners. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining preventative maintenance plans including a maintenance schedule/calendar for all equipment and structures on the property. Will make recommendations for equipment replacement and purchases directly to owners. Must ensure all equipment and inventories are properly maintained and securely stored for both operational and safety reasons.
Will also be responsible for developing and maintaining complete property manual that
includes updated vendor list and emergency contacts for all systems and equipment,
instruction files, manuals, warranties and maintenance/service schedules at multiple properties.
Must be self-starters with previous experience in a similar position. Must have basic trade skills and be willing to be hands-on with cleaning and maintenance projects. Salary DOE with excellent benefit package as well as housing provided on-site.
