Exceptional part-time opportunity available for a mature and personable individual who has experience providing administrative support to a prominent individual or family with their personal matters. Responsibilities will focus on calendar management, social scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence and coordinating extensive philanthropic endeavors and events. Must be extremely tech-savvy and have excellent computer (MAC) and organizational skills. Use of discretion and the ability to handle highly confidential information is imperative. Hours are Monday-Friday, noon-5pm, based in a beautiful private residence. Degree preferred. Outstanding wages! Only local candidates will be considered.
