Job Description


Full-time, live-out professional needed:


Duties
- take overall responsibility of interior and exterior of the main property in FL
- Remotely manage other properties through management companies
- Coordinate and reconcile yacht and jet charters
- schedule, track, plan and oversee interior/exterior routine and preventative maintenance
- oversee work schedules for housekeeping and maintenance
- hire, terminate, and manage HR functions including payroll, insurance, and benefits
- manage expenses; bids from vendors, employee credit cards, invoice approvals
- coordinate owner's travel
- technology - Apple devices, PCs, Crestron system, TVs
- handle principals' personal medical and asset insurance
- personally handle principal's personal business - coordinate with CPA office
- vehicles insurance and registration
- food/beverage handling knowledge, sanitation, and best practices

Job Requirements


Requirements
- min 5 years working in a similar position
- FL candidates preferred
- BS degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- legal to work in the U.S.
- excellent English
- complete discretion
- strong cost controls background
- available to work as needed Mon - Fri, with some weekend hours and nights
- excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- drug testing, personality and background checks
- excellent computer skills MSWord, Excel, Access, back-up systems and troubleshooting PC and Macs
- tech knowledge of mechanicals - HVAC, pool systems, pumps, plumbing, SmartHome systems,
- knowledgable and hands-on experience with electronics, Apple devices, Crestron, lighting, etc.
- experience in managing renovations or construction projects
- highly organized, excellent record keeping, attention to details
- reserved, yet casual, and professional;- approachable, down-to-earth, with hands-on, can-do attitude
