Job Description

Full-time, live-out professional needed:

- Responsible for principals' personal and commercial business matters
- Daily oversight of accounting, several bank accounts, principals' and employee credit cards
- Manage employee benefits, reconcile costs, source options for best coverage/best premiums
- Manage principals' health insurance, prescription insurance, and Medicare
- Hire-termination processes, HR functions including payroll, background checks, drug tests, worker's comp insurance, filing and reporting with 2 compliance contractors - for small group
- Resourceful in recruiting
- Reconcile complex project budgets
- Hospitality - customer service mindset to provide a high level of service
- Principals' travel concierge - coordinate flights, ground transportation, and special requests
- Experience with yacht and jet charter contracts is helpful
- Handle negotiations and renewals for principals' asset insurance
- Coordinate with principals' CPA firm, Trust fiduciary, and accounts payables office
- Vehicles insurance and registration renewals
- Process invoices and credit card payments through set processes
- Monitor and track utilities invoices to recognize potential problems
- Coordinate remotely with property management company
- Absolute discretion, reporting directly to principals - work with accounting admin

Job Requirements

- min 5 years working in a similar position such as Family Office, business generalist, etc
- BS degree in accounting, hospitality, business, or a related field with strong logic and analytics
- legal to work in the U.S.

- available to work as needed Mon - Fri, with some overtime
- excellent supervisory skills
