Your duties will include grocery shopping, monitoring supplies and ensuring appropriate provisioning, meal preparation according to dietary guidelines and food preferences, table setting, cooking and serving lunch and dinner and occasionally breakfast five days per week and/or preparing breakfast the night before. You will be required to create menus weekly and maintain a history on file with supporting recipes, maintain a complete household shopping inventory and list of vendors, maintain a clean kitchen including all surfaces, appliances, and mopping of the floor, all loading and unloading of the dishwasher, garbage removal, maintain an organized pantry and all storage areas pertaining to food, beverage, wine and spirits, check for food expirations weekly, and properly clean and care for china, glasses, and silverware, and pots and pans after each meal. In addition, your duties may include, but are not limited to, cooking and serving meals for up to 8 people and leaving prepared meals when asked.
