Active executive family seeks "the best of the best" Estate/Household Manager from anywhere in the world who will take full charge of several residences in Southern California. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing fine homes and/or five-star boutique hotels and/or yachts. This individual will have complete oversight for household budgets, service levels, systems, procedures, protocols, maintenance and management of a staff of 8. Must be well-versed in the art of formal service as well as casual family style service and be willing to work "hands-on" as needed. General schedule Monday-Friday 9AM-7PM with flexibility to work extra hours. A full Position Description will be provided to qualified candidates. Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

Significant experience managing fine estates/luxury boutique hotels/yachts
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university
Outstanding verifiable references
Superb command of the English language, both oral and written
Thorough working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Level of sophistication about art and culture
