Our client is completing construction on a new 26,000 sq ft. Estate on 17 acres just outside of Tampa, FL.
They currently have a Housekeeper that they will be bringing from their current 6,000 sq ft home, and she will be the 2nd Housekeeper.

Our client does NOT know how many staff they will need in total. So, they figure they would rather hire as they go, rather than to hire too many and lay people off.
