Family seeking detail oriented and efficient Household Manager to work directly with owners and Estate Managers to help plan and execute the overall management of the residence for the estate.

Expectations and Tasks:
- Plan, coordinate and assist to ensure that the property operates smoothly and meets needs of owners
- Assist with training, managing, supervising and scheduling of household staff including housekeepers, private chefs, and nannies
- Perform household tasks and fill in for sick and absent staff as needed at a moment’s notice
- Maintain household budget and inventory of wine and liquor cellar, valuables
- Manage household and family calendar including travel and packing preparation and also daily calendar and tasks for 2 small children
- Manage household repairs and car maintenance and oversee these projects to completion
- Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating scheduled parties and events on property
- Understand social etiquette and formal services
- Complete personal errands and tasks for the owners and household
- Perform household administrative duties such as answering phones, receiving guests and visitors and following established protocol
- Work closely with Estate Manager to ensure any necessary changes and service requirements are met

Job Requirements

Spacer Image
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in household management for high net worth families.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational and business skills
- Basic valet and social etiquette skills
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and can pass background check
- U.S. Citizen, proof of permanent residency or valid work authorization
- Minimum one year commitment
