Outstanding full-time opportunity available for a mature and polished professional who has experience providing administrative support to a prominent individual or family with their personal matters. Primary focus will be on social calendar management and scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, running errands, overseeing household staff, gift purchasing, coordinating events and miscellaneous projects. Must have great computer and organizational skills. Use of discretion and the ability to handle highly confidential information is absolutely essential. Flexibility is a key personality trait we are seeking as responsibilities change frequently to meet the needs of the principals. Hours are typically Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Will be based in a beautiful private residence along with a luxury corporate office in the Birmingham/Bloomfield area.. Degree preferred. Excellent wages and benefits!!
